Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ArrowTempo ("we", "us") governing your use of the ArrowTempo app for Apple Watch and iPhone and any related services (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service. We retain all rights not expressly granted.
2. Your data
The App has no user accounts — there is nothing to sign up for. You own the practice content you create; it is stored on your device and, if you enable it, in your own iCloud. You grant us a limited licence to process that content only as needed to operate the App's features for you. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where the law permits;
- circumvent purchase, licensing, or security controls;
- use the App to break the law or infringe others' rights;
- disrupt or overload our services, or access them by unauthorised means.
4. Purchases, subscriptions & renewals
The App is free to download. Premium features (such as advanced scoring and the signature heatmap) require a paid subscription, as shown in the App. Subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple and governed by the App Store's terms. A subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Except where required by law or Apple's policies, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple.
5. Not a medical or safety device
The App is for training and informational purposes only. Heart-rate, hold-time, and other metrics are estimates and are not medical advice or a substitute for professional judgement. Always follow safe archery practices, range rules, and the guidance of qualified coaches and officials. You use the App at your own risk.
6. Service changes & availability
We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue the App or any part of it. We may also stop supporting older OS versions or devices. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own backups of anything important.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 25. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and delete it. We may stop providing the App or any server-side functionality, or revoke your licence, if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
11. Apple-specific terms
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App. Apple is not responsible for any product warranties or claims relating to the App, including product-liability, legal-compliance, and intellectual-property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
